A physic pig is set to take over where Paul the Octopus left off. Paul who correctly predicted the winner for each of the seven matches at the 2010 World Cup in Germany has passed away.

The Physic pig is from Kiev and is set to predict the results of matches at the European Championships in Ukraine and Poland. “Every day at 16:00 it will predict the result of the upcoming match,” said a Kiev city official. The city of Kiev wants to bring excitement to the Ukraine fans before the matches. Paul the Octopus and this new pig from Kiev are not the only animal oracles around. Magdalena, a two-headed tortoise predicted the last two years of the ice hockey world championships in Slovakia.
